Over H1 2025, the office stock in the CEE region grew by 174,000 sq.m., with the largest increases recorded in Warsaw and Belgrade. No new stock was added in Bratislava and Bucharest.
New completion levels remain subdued, with the under construction pipeline muted across the region. New deliveries for 2025 are expected to remain 6% below last year results. Compared to two years ago, the drop in completions in CEE will represent 50%
